  11.   To get more time in Windows 3.1x you must
  12.   copy the TRLPLAY.386 into your WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  13.   directory and add the device=trlplay.386 line
  14.   to the [386enh] section of your SYSTEM.INI!
  15.   The driver does do nothing but stealing 8 kB
  16.   RAM. But MOD4WIN can use it as safe and
  17.   reliable timer ;)
